SUP THE LATEST WATERSPORTS TREND
All over the world Stand Up Paddle Boarding is gaining on popularity. It is easier to learn than windsurfing or kitesurfing and has one big advantage: You can SUP when there is no wind! It is a perfect complete training for all your core muscles and therefore a great prevention for back problems. The sport has a wide variety. You can do a relaxing SUP tour or practise on the sea and try to do your first wave rides!

Beginner Sup Lessons
First of all, during the SUP lessons, you are going to learn the technique at the Veerse Meer. For half an hour, the instructor will practise with you all the basics. Afterwards you can practise for another half an hour on your own.
Advanced SUP Lessons
The advanced SUP lessons are taking place at the Sea. The current and waves are going to be a challenge and make the sport more exciting. You will learn about the safety at the Sea, how to get thru the beach break and how to master your first wave rides.
Within a small group of people you are going to join a SUP downwinder. It is a tour, where you paddle with the wind. Depending on the wind direction you are going to start or finish at our Surf School. We provide the transport to the start or finishing point. One of our instructors will guide you and provide tips when needed.
To be zen on the water! SUP Yoga means that you will practice Yoga on a SUP board. This can be done at all levels, so you don't need SUP or Yoga experience to participate. With our experienced Yoga teacher you will paddle to a quiet place on the water. You will be doing your Yoga exercises and feel one with the nature.
